We offer hands on in-person studio-based courses, with some being accredited certification or some are just learning work shop based. Where Kelly demonstrates a makeup, facial, hair, FX making, or a creative look, and you recreate it under guidance. Some online sessions may be available, but unless stated otherwise, all lessons are held in person at the studio.

You're welcome to bring your own kit items, but Kelly provides all makeup, materials, and brushes. You may occasionally need to bring your own model — we try to supply them where possible, but you're welcome to advertise for one by offering a free makeover. For longer days, we recommend bringing snacks and water.

Absolutely! You're encouraged to take pictures or film your work. Just be sure to credit Kelly or the studio when posting — and don’t forget to tag us!

This depends on the course format and your individual pace. Each course is tailored to your level and learning goals. It should state in the listing how many looks we do, but it also depends on the speed of the learner. As a guide:

Yes –some of them are! The full courses are accredited and certification is included (this is reflected in the pricing). Shorter 1:1 sessions or mini-look lessons are not accredited and do not come with a certificate.

In some of the courses, - YES! or i can be booked a business mentor.
In most of the courses then - NO! Not as a formal unit, but you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during the course. Throughout, you can ask about kit essentials, pricing, lighting, working with PR, content creation, and more.

Unless specific dates and times are sent out - Our training is fully flexible. Dates and times are arranged between you and Kelly, usually on weekdays (weekends are limited due to bridal and seasonal demand). Let us know your availability and we’ll find a suitable time. New common suggested training days are Tuesdays - Fridays between 10am and 6pm.

For all our courses if you book on with a group, Kelly can try to offer group discount depending on the costs of materials needed.

Yes! Our courses are open to students worldwide. Please note that courses are delivered in English.

To start, pay for your course and then coordinate with Kelly on your preferred dates. Next, use the online booking system to choose your start date. You'll need a 50% or 100% booking fee to secure your spot, with the balance due a week before your course begins.

Yes! We offer flexible payment options. You can use Clearpay at checkout, or request a custom payment plan via invoice and BACS transfer. The payments can be made in instalments before the course can begin. Just get in touch to set it up.

Dates cannot be changed within 2 weeks of your course start date. This is when preparation begins and materials are ordered specifically for your session. If you cancel or request a change within this time, your booking will be forfeited.

However, if you need to reschedule before the 2-week mark, Kelly will do her best to accommodate a new date that suits both parties.

Absolutely! All courses are tailored to your level — from beginner to advanced. We create a bespoke learning experience just for you.
