By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Orders and Handmade Products
All handmade items are made to order and crafted individually for each customer. Because of this, slight variations may occur, and we do not accept cancellations once production has started.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Handmade, made-to-order items: No refunds or returns are accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

  • Wholesale or non-handmade items: Returns are accepted for exchange or credit note only.

4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but shipping times may vary, especially for made-to-order products from blank to painted. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services.
